The Barracuda is an IBA classic that mixes the tropical DNA of rum and pineapple with the elegance of sparkling wine. Galliano adds a vanilla backbone that ties the fruit and wine together. It functions as a tropical spritz, lighter than a Piña Colada but richer than a French 75. It is a rare example of a sparkling drink that feels equally at home in a tiki bar and a disco.
