The Cantarito is the authentic roadside cooler of Jalisco, blending tequila with a mix of orange, grapefruit, and lime juices, topped with grapefruit soda. Traditionally served in a clay cup (cantarito) which keeps the drink impossibly cold and adds an earthy aroma. It is more complex and citrus-forward than a Paloma, with a pinch of salt to tie the juices together. It is the ultimate refreshing agave punch.
