The Pegu Club mixes gin with orange curaçao, lime, and bitters for a sharp, aromatic sour. Shaken cold, it shows bright citrus, warm spice, and a dry finish. It was the house drink of the British colonial officers’ club in Rangoon.

A Pegu Club served up in a coupe with orange twist.
