The Alabama Slammer is a fruit-forward party drink built from Southern Comfort or whiskey with amaretto, sloe gin, and orange juice. It is sweet, orange-bright, and intentionally easy to batch. Balance depends on restraining the liqueurs so orange juice does not turn the drink into punch syrup.
