Chocolate Martini
A decadent 90s dessert cocktail mixing vodka and chocolate liqueur.
The Chocolate Martini is the quintessential dessert cocktail of the 1990s, blending vodka with crème de cacao or chocolate liqueur. It strips away the cream found in the Brandy Alexander (though some variations add it back) to create a sleeker, stronger drink that presents as a 'Martini' in name and vessel. The vodka cuts the viscosity of the liqueur, preventing it from being too thick while delivering a potent alcoholic kick. It is a straight-up indulgence.

Ingredients
- • 2 oz vodka
- • 1.5 oz crème de cacao (white or dark)
- • 0.25 oz chocolate liqueur
