The Cynar Spritz applies the Venetian spritz template to artichoke amaro: Cynar, prosecco, and a splash of soda over ice with an orange slice. It is softer and more herbal than a Campari or Aperol spritz, with cola-like depth from Cynar. Ideal for aperitivo hour when bitterness should stay friendly.

Did you know?

Cynar Spritzes rose with the broader Italian spritz boom as drinkers wanted Campari-adjacent bitterness with a softer, vegetal amaro profile.
