The Fog Cutter combines rum, gin, brandy, citrus, and orgeat into a powerful tiki sour brightened by a fino sherry float. Despite its strength, orgeat softens the citrus while sherry adds nutty dryness. Trader Vic called it one of his strongest drinks.

Bartender's Note

Shake lightly—too much dilution thins the sherry float.
