Garibaldi
A two-ingredient Italian highball of Campari and fluffy orange juice.
The Garibaldi is a testament to the power of texture, transforming two common ingredients—Campari and orange juice—into a sophisticated aperitivo. The key is aerating the orange juice (traditionally 'fluffed' via high-speed blending) to create a velvety, mousse-like mouthfeel that softens the Campari's bitterness. It represents the unification of north (Campari from Milan) and south (oranges from Sicily). It is refreshing, bittersweet, and visually striking with its thick orange foam.

Ingredients
- • 1.5 oz Campari
