The Hibiscus Cooler builds on chilled hibiscus (agua de Jamaica–style) tea with citrus and soda. Deep red color and cranberry-like tartness make it feel composed without alcohol. It is a strong hosting mocktail when you want something less sugary than a Shirley Temple.
