The Paradise is a shaken gin cocktail that pairs apricot brandy with orange juice for a soft fruit profile. Gin keeps botanical structure, apricot adds stone-fruit sweetness, and orange juice rounds acidity without the sharper snap of lemon. Served up, it is lighter and fruitier than a White Lady or Aviation. Harry Craddock included it in the Savoy Cocktail Book.

Bartender's Note
Use real apricot brandy or quality apricot liqueur; cheap “apricot brandy” can taste artificial. Fresh orange juice matters.
