The Pumpkin Margarita keeps tequila, lime, and orange liqueur, then uses pumpkin spice syrup as the sweetener. Reposado’s oak sits next to the spice; lime keeps it a margarita instead of a dessert. Served on the rocks with an optional cinnamon-sugar half rim, it is the fall patio tequila drink.

Bartender's Note
Reposado is the better match than blanco. A light cinnamon-sugar half rim is optional; skip it if the syrup is already sweet. Fresh lime is non-negotiable.
