Pumpkin Pie Irish Coffee
Irish coffee sweetened with pumpkin pie Irish cream instead of sugar.
Pumpkin Pie Irish Coffee is the reason the seasonal Irish cream bottle exists: hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and a pour of pumpkin pie Irish cream. Kavanaugh’s pumpkin pie Irish cream supplies both the sugar and the cream note, so you do not need a separate syrup. Built in a warm mug, it drinks like pumpkin-pie coffee with a whiskey spine.

Did you know?
“Irish coffee is a mid-century drink of whiskey, sugar, coffee, and floated cream. Seasonal Irish creams collapse the sugar and cream into one bottle, which is why pumpkin pie versions show up every October.”
Bartender's Note
Kavanaugh pumpkin pie Irish cream is the intended bottle; any pumpkin pie Irish cream works. Do not add extra sugar unless the coffee is very bitter. A lightly whipped cream float is optional if you want the classic cap. Regular Irish cream plus a pinch of pumpkin pie spice is a weaker substitute.
