Pumpkin Pie Mudslide
A mudslide with pumpkin pie Irish cream in place of plain Baileys.
The Pumpkin Pie Mudslide keeps the vodka-coffee-cream dessert frame and swaps plain Irish cream for pumpkin pie Irish cream. Kavanaugh’s bottle does the dairy and the spice in one pour. Served over ice, it is richer and more seasonal than a standard mudslide, and it does not ask you to make a syrup.

Did you know?
“The mudslide is a late-twentieth-century dessert cocktail — vodka, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream. Seasonal Irish creams turn it into a fall special without changing the build.”
Bartender's Note
Kavanaugh pumpkin pie Irish cream stands in for regular Irish cream. Serve over ice; blending makes a frozen dessert. If the bottle is very sweet, cut the coffee liqueur to three-quarters of an ounce.
