Murky pineapple color.

The Surfer on Acid subverts the aggressive reputation of Jägermeister by pairing it with sweet coconut rum and pineapple juice. The result is a murky, tropical shot where the herbal bitterness of the Jäger adds a tiki-like spice to the fruit. It is surprisingly complex and drinkable, tasting of pineapples, anise, and coconut. It was a staple of the West Coast surf/skate punk scene in the 1990s.
