Pumpkin Pie Shot
A layered dessert shot of pumpkin pie liqueur and pumpkin pie Irish cream.
The Pumpkin Pie Shot is the two-bottle fall shooter: pumpkin pie liqueur on the bottom, pumpkin pie Irish cream floated on top. Mr. Stacks and Kavanaugh are the grocery bottles this is written for. A graham-cracker rim and a little whipped cream make it read as pie. It is a party pour, not a sipping cocktail.

- • 0.75 oz pumpkin pie Irish cream

Bartender's Note
Pour the Irish cream over the back of a barspoon so it floats. Wet the rim with the liqueur or a little cream, then dip in crushed graham cracker. A half-ounce of coffee liqueur as the bottom layer adds a crust note if you have it.
