The Zero-Proof Margarita keeps lime, agave sweetness, and orange character without tequila. Non-alcoholic agave spirit is ideal; without it, a measured mix of lime, agave syrup, and orange juice still lands in margarita territory when shaken and salted. Served on the rocks, it fills a major hosting gap.

Bartender's Note

If using NA tequila, treat it like blanco. Without it, keep orange juice measured so the drink stays tart.
