A Spanish brunch punch of orange juice, cava, gin, and vodka.
Agua de Valencia (“Valencia water”) is a Valencian brunch punch: fresh orange juice fortified with gin and vodka, then lengthened with cava. It is brighter and stronger than a Mimosa, built for pitchers. Served cold in a flute or wine glass, it deepens the brunch occasion beyond orange-and-sparkling alone.

“Created in Valencia in the 1950s at Café Madrid de Valencia, Agua de Valencia became the city’s signature brunch and evening punch.”
Fresh orange juice only. Chill all components. Scale to a pitcher; add cava last so bubbles survive.
