Smoke Signal is a simple mezcal-and-grapefruit highball lengthened with soda. It sits beside the Paloma but usually skips sweet grapefruit soda in favor of juice plus soda for a drier finish. Served tall, it is an easy mezcal weeknight drink.

Bartender's Note

Fresh grapefruit juice plus soda stays drier than bottled grapefruit soda. Adjust sweetness with a teaspoon of agave if needed.
