Pumpkin Spice Latte Cocktail
A bourbon coffee cocktail with espresso, pumpkin spice, and cream — a PSL in a glass.
The Pumpkin Spice Latte Cocktail translates the coffee-shop PSL into a short shaken drink: bourbon, espresso, pumpkin spice syrup, and cream. It is richer and milkier than a pumpkin espresso martini, closer to a cold latte than a crema-topped martini. Served up or over a large cube, it is explicitly dessert-leaning and seasonal.

Did you know?
“The pumpkin spice latte became a national fall signal in the early 2000s; bars eventually mixed the same flavor stack with whiskey instead of steamed milk.”
Bartender's Note
Shake hard so the cream and espresso emulsify. Cold brew concentrate works if you do not want to pull a shot. Skip extra sugar — the syrup is enough.
